Singer songwriter EL Cosgrove encapsulates the warmth of a rural Queensland sunset and the salt of the coastline, blending laid back folk sounds with the heartfelt grit of alt-country roots. With a combination of her captivating voice, evocative lyrics and heartfelt storytelling, EL’s unique sound reflects both her roots and individuality, bringing an authenticity that resonates deeply with listeners.
Drawing inspiration from personal experiences and the rugged landscapes of her many wanderings, EL has crafted a growing catalogue of original music which have garnered significant recognition in the Australian music scene. EL’s latest release ‘Honey’ produced by ARIA award winning Jordan Power (Angus & Julia Stone, Kacey Chambers, Ash Grunwald +), gained it’s place in the AMRAP Top Ten Regional Charts and The Music Networks Country Top 50 Charts. The release was greatly anticipated since EL’s previous debut EP ‘Guitars & Cigars’ produced by  ARIA/Golden Guitar winning producer Matt Fell (Fanny Lumsden, Troy Cassar-Daley+).
EL has toured and performed across Alberta, Canada, to some of Australia’s biggest music festivals including landing as a top ten finalist in the Tamworth Country Music Festival Toyota Star Maker. She has also supported artists including Brad Cox, Luke O’Shea, Davidson Brothers, Seleen Mcalister and Liam Brew. Whilst El is looking forward towards the release of new music, she continues to connect with audiences by inviting listeners into her world with every captivating live performance.
